Originally built in 1925, Park Hill is located in
the Southwest area of Eastland near the intersection of
South Neblett and
West Plummer. The master plan
outlined below, totally
changes the landscape and function of the existing park,
to a more modern and purposeful
design. The new
facilities encourage greater use and invite people of
all ages, from visiting tourist's to local residents.
